I've checked the layer browser, and everything is unlocked. ![]() This is a problem because I noticed a couple errors in what I did yesterday, and I've got to fix those, and of course there's still stuff that I need to add. I can add new items, and they're still selectable and editable, but nothing that I did yesterday is accessible. Well, when I came back to finish it this morning, the problem is still there. I called it quits for the day, and figured it was just a transient instability that would be resolved when I started the software again. I got about half done yesterday, and then I stopped being able to select anything for editing or changes. It's a drawing of a cooling tower & associated systems for a power plant. Because of this, most P&IDs are still "dumb" and not tied to the 3D models or isometrics in any way. ![]() However, in my experience, a lot of clients have not bought in to the "smart" P&IDs just yet and do not see the extra front-end time needed to set up the features as worth the time and money. What fittings are you attempting to show on the P&ID?ĥ) Are you attempting to utilize "smart" P&IDs? If so, then yes, this could potentially cause a discrepancy further down the road if all the P&IDs, 3D models, orthos, and isos are tied together in the software. Let me try to ask a few more questions before answering further.Ģ) Does your company standards require you to show the end connections?ģ) Is this work for a client?
